These are all substations that are part of the Rural Electrification Project from the National Grid, implemented within the framework of the "Brightening Dien Bien" Program approved by the Dien Bien Provincial People's Committee since 2024, aiming to expand the national power grid to remote villages and ethnic minority areas facing difficulties during the 2024-2026 period.
The project was completed before Independence Day, September 2nd, a time of special significance for the H'Mong people in the area. With access to the national power grid, people in the villages have better conditions to use equipment for daily life, learning, and production; at the same time, it supports the locality in gradually improving the quality of life, developing household economies, and completing infrastructure in the highland area.
