According to Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, General Director of EVNHANOI, over the years, EVNHANOI has been making continuous efforts to ensure stable and safe power supply and to improve the quality of customer service. He also shared about the deployment of the Smart Contact Center (SCC) system and digital technology applications to optimize services, helping customers easily monitor and manage power consumption.

Besides, EVNHANOI also promotes programs for the economical and efficient use of electricity, especially the "Movement of households using electricity safely, saving electricity, and saving energy in Hanoi". In 2024, 1,050 households were recognized by the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade as "Typical households using electricity safely, saving electricity, and saving energy in Hanoi in 2024".

Within the framework of the conference, a number of outstanding activities also took place such as: awarding Certificates of Merit and gifts to representatives of customers certified as Saving Households in 2024; awarding prizes to representatives of lucky customers who won gifts from the program "Lucky Draw - 70 years of companionship and development"; awarding the logo "Lighting up 70 future smiles" - a funding source for free surgery for 70 children with cleft lip, cleft palate and other facial deformities, and so on.

On this occasion, a number of large electricity users participated in the discussion program at the conference, to exchange and share experiences in using electricity economically and effectively. These businesses have actively coordinated with EVNHANOI, proactively implementing measures such as adjusting production hours, investing in energy-saving equipment, and installing rooftop solar power systems, thereby helping to reduce the pressure on power supply during peak hours, as well as saving electricity costs for the businesses themselves.
