The project will be implemented in the communes of Sen Ngu, Tan My, and Truong Phu in Quang Tri Province, with an operational duration of 50 years.

The Halcom Hong Duc wind power project has a designed capacity of 200MW, consisting of 24 turbines with capacities of 8.5MW and 4.5MW.

Upon completion, the plant will be capable of generating 549.4 GWh annually. The land area designated for survey covers 1,606 hectares, including 11.8 hectares of land for fixed-term use; 58 hectares of water surface for fixed-term use; and 4 hectares of temporary land use.

According to the plan, investor selection is expected to be completed within three months of the date the investment policy approval is issued. The project is expected to become operational within 15 months from the date the Decision on land allocation, land lease, and water surface lease is issued.
